The present invention relates to a strain of Isaria javanica Pf185, KACC93241P or a microbial agent for simultaneously controlling aphid and Pythium ultimum by using the same, and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the strain is a Korean native microorganism, rapidly adapts to the environment of Korea, and rapidly exhibits a pesticide effect or a microorganism annihilation effect. Therefore, the microbial agent, prepared by using the strain, can be excellently used for a bio-pesticide for controlling aphid or Pythium ultimum. The strain or the microbial agent can be used as an eco-friendly and stable pest control means. Therefore, the strain or the microbial agent increases economic values of crops cultivated in a greenhouse and is useful to increase production of safe agricultural products and to activate a microbial agent development industry.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
