The present invention relates to a current personnel state management system. More specifically, the system is used for the current entire personnel state management and fluctuating personnel state in a protected and custody facility such as a correction facility, a foreigner protection facility, and a youth protection facility. According to the present invention, the current personnel state management system in the protected and custody facility includes: an integrated personnel management server which stores the current entire personnel state and executes a control operation in order to display the current personnel state onto a display device; a relay device which is connected to communicate with the integrated personnel management server and displays the data corresponding to the current personnel state on display devices included individually in one or more monitoring rooms; and a display terminal unit which is connected to communicate with the relay device and displays the data corresponding to the current personnel state as well as being arranged on doors of one or more protected rooms being monitoring targets of the monitoring rooms.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
