JACQUARD FABRIC USING SLUB YARN AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a jacquard fabric using a slub yarn and a production method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a jacquard fabric using a slub yarn, which is woven using a weft yarn consisting of a divided yarn as well as a warp yarn consisting of a different contraction mixed yarn, a high contraction yarn, and the slub yarn, and is produced by undergoing a dying process while being produced in a three-dimensional form via a partial heat application after woven with the warp yarn and the weft yarn. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof. The jacquard fabric using the slub yarn produced by the steps shows favorable volume and natural slub effects, and application of a two-tone dyeing process can be easily conducted as well. Since the volume well remains after the dying process, jacquard fabric using the slub yarn can be used as materials for clothes or interior materials, and also ensures superior flame resistance.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
