The present invention relates to an environmental control chamber to measure respiratory/emitted gas in a process of treating animal and livestock manure and, more specifically, relates to an environmental control chamber consisting an external structure and an internal structure which are effective to a system to measure inspiration gas from animals and gas emitted in a livestock manure treatment process; and the system capable of simultaneously measuring respiratory gas from animals (methane, carbon dioxide), exhaust gas (methane) due to wind of animals and gas (methane, nitrous oxide, and substances with foul odor) emitted in a livestock manure treatment process. According to the present invention, the environmental control chamber to measure respiratory gas from animals and gas emitted in a livestock manure treatment process and a method of measuring respiratory gas from animals and gas emitted in a livestock manure treatment process using the environmental control chamber are very effective in measuring and predicting a difference, in accordance with each activity of an animal, each time a livestock manure treatment process is performed and for each management method; thereby contributing to a prevention of environment pollution.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
