The present invention relates to Bifidobacterium animalis having an immune enhancing effect, which separates Bifidobacterium animal CUB7, CUB26, CUB26-S, CUB30, and CUB36, and checks physiological properties and immune activity with Weissella cibaria JW15 which is a registered patented strain, and Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG(LGG), which is commercially available, and thus the CUB7 shows inhibitory activity against Sal. enteritidis. The five Bifidobacterium animal strains have a remarkable immune enhancing effect, thereby being able to be helpfully used as a pharmaceutical composition for enhancing immunity and a health functional food material.
