FUNCTIONAL CHECK VALVE WITH FIRE OPENING/CLOSING VALVE AND CHECK FUNCTIONS

The present invention relates to a fire check valve with opening/closing valve and check functions integrated on a discharge side of a sprinkler pump for firefighting which has a perfect check function and an integrated opening/closing valve function and minimizes pressure loss. The fire check valve is a valve for preventing a back flow after discharge pressing. Since a product used in Korea is a lift type where a disk is opened in a direction identical to a fluid direction, the product has a structure with excessive loss of a fluid. However, the reason why the product is used in the fire check valve market in Korea in spite of high pressure loss is because anti-water hammering performance is excellent. The present invention alleviates such a problem to develop a check valve which has a perfect check function and an integrated opening/closing valve function and minimizes pressure loss to eliminate a need for doubly purchasing a check function and an opening/closing valve to greatly reduce construction costs. Functionally, a water supply opening/closing function, a back flow prevention function, and a pressure gage connection part are integrated into the check valve. Also, a pressure loss defect and a water hammer which can occur during pumping when the check valve is used for a long period of time are prevented. A composite-function check valve with a perfect back flow prevention function is developed in Korea to substitute import of a firefighting device product, reduce firefighting device installation costs, and reduce energy.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
