The present invention relates to a back seat for a vehicle to support a load and provide a buffering force upon exceeding a design load, installed in the rear part of a seat of vehicles, such as an automobile, a van, a train, an airplane, and a ship, so as to stack belongings of a passenger in a foldable type. According to the present invention, the back seat comprises: a seat backrest part on which a bracket is mounted; the bracket in which the backrest of the back seat is fixated and a rotary part is installed; the rotary part including a spring pin and a spring installed inside/outside the bracket, a spring cap including a hinge locking step, and a hinge including a spring cap locking step corresponding to the hinge locking step of the spring cap; and the back seat mounted in the bracket and the hinge of the rotary part to be vertically rotated within a range of 0 to 180 degrees by vertical rotation of the rotary part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
