The present invention relates to a unified manager terminal capable of connecting to heterogeneous wireless beacon devices, and an integrated management system and a method thereof. The integrated management system for managing wireless beacon devices capable of connecting to heterogeneous wireless beacon devices according to embodiments of the present invention can comprise: a wireless beacon device, a manager terminal, and a beacon management server. The manager terminal can identify a wireless beacon device, request the beacon management server to provide a beacon setting service identifier for the wireless beacon device, and set the wireless beacon device by using the beacon setting service identifier provided from the beacon management server.
