The present invention relates to a negawatt construction system using a smart grid station comprising: a power generation unit for generating electricity installed in a building; a battery unit for storing power produced in the power generation unit; a measuring unit for measuring power production by the power generation unit, remaining power of the battery unit, and power consumption by electrical equipment operated in the building; a data storage unit for storing the power production data, the remaining power data, and the power consumption data measured by the measuring unit; a history generating unit for generating historical data on production, charging, and discharging of electric power by time slot, using the data stored in the data storage unit; a power operating unit for controlling the charging and the discharging of the battery unit; and a power relay unit for relaying power exchange or transaction between the buildings in connection with the power operating unit of the building. According to the negawatt construction system using the smart grid station of the present invention, the electric energy generated by the power generation facility of the building is used for facility operation in the building, and surplus electric power is stored or transmitted to another neighboring building, wherein not only the microgrid system can be realized, but also the small surplus electric power for each building can be collected and sold, and thereby there is an advantage that the utilization efficiency of electric energy can be increased.
