The present invention relates to a smart fire monitoring and power distribution panel system for predicting electrical fire comprising: a plurality of sub-controllers which are located on each of multiple groups and perform power control operation for each of multiple ventilators in group or an individual unit; a circuit breaker which executes power control operation on the ventilators in a building unit; a plurality of group-based sensing units which are located on each group and sense occurrence of arc, a leaking current amount, a temperature, and a humidity in group unit; and a main controller which calculates possibility of fire occurrence based on a sensing result of the group-based sensing units and performs power control operation based on the possibility of fire occurrence in the building unit. The sub-controllers set priorities for each ventilator upon a users request and then sequentially perform power control operation to the ventilators in accordance with the priorities for each ventilator when the power control operation in the group unit is performed.
