The history verification and operation system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a verification subject history information reception module for receiving verification subject history information; a verification necessity history item extraction module for selectively extracting verification history items; a verification destination online access information extraction module for extracting verification destination online access information; a history item verification execution module for generating a history item verification result message; and a history item verification result report information processing module for generating history item verification result report information and transmitting the generated history item verification result report information to a history usage subject information device.
