The present invention relates to a distributing board comprising: at least one main controller; and at least one load controller to open or connect a switch of a corresponding load in accordance with a control signal transferred from the main controller. When the total power applied through distributing and branching lines exceeds a preset limit power amount, the at least one main controller receives the control signal from a demand controller which transmits the control signal to cut off or connect power supply in accordance with a preset order by load receiving the power through the distributing or branching line, and transfers the control signal to a preset load controller. According to the present invention, since multiple main controllers and multiple load controllers are used, the number of loads to be cut off or applied can be increased.
