The present invention relates to a recombinant microorganism with an ability of producing 1,3-propanediol. In the microorganism with an ability of producing 1,3-propanediol, a gene for coding glycosyltransferases involved in biosynthesis of lipopolysaccharides, a gene for coding lactate dehydrogenase and a gene for coding α-acetolactate decarboxylase are deleted, and dhaT operon and formate dehydrogenase are overexpressed. According to the present invention, 1,3-propanediol can be industrially versatile in a polymer monomer, medical industries, industry resin, etc. can be produced with high efficiency from glycerol without 2,3-butanediol which is a by-product.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
