Disclosed is a soil nailing method using an expandable grout material for improving pullout resistance performed by excavating a bed excavation surface to form a plurality of perforations, inserting a high-strength steel with an upper leakage suppressing device fixated thereto into the perforation, and allowing a grouting solution comprising an expandable grout material including fast hardening calcium sulfo-aluminate (CSA), expansive calcium sulfo-aluminate, a fluidizing agent, a retarder, a thickener, a silica fume, and aluminum powder, to be inflated so that a perforation diameter is expanded by 5 to 20%, thereby improving pullout resistance.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
