The present invention is intended to horizontally expand an existing structure (1000) including an existing wall (W) and an existing slab (S), and includes a precast concrete (PC) beam (200) coupled to a beam end portion plate (230) at one end of a U-shaped cross sectional beam concrete. According to the present invention, a holding bracket installed in a wall type PC column and having improved constructability is utilized in a connection structure between wall type PC columns in upper and lower portions.
