According to various embodiments of the present invention, an integrated analysis system is provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for constructing an integrated regression analysis network includes the steps of: acquiring a plurality of beta coefficient vectors for each regression analysis algorithm by applying two or more regression analysis algorithms to at least a part of a set of data previously stored in a database; generating a plurality of inter-gene interaction networks using the plurality of beta coefficient vectors which are acquired; and generating the integrated regression analysis network based on a similar network fusion algorithm in the generated inter-gene interaction network.
