The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a forming-difficult material for a landing gear, and a component for a landing gear comprising: a material volume distribution step of extruding an aluminum material through a front extruder to form material volume distribution to achieve volume distribution of the aluminum material while preventing breakage of a flow line in the aluminum material of an aviation landing gear; a volume-distributed material discharge step of discharging the volume-distributed material out of the front extruder; and a die forging step of forging the volume-distributed material into a set shape. According to the present invention, an aluminum material of an aviation landing gear is volume-distributed by front extrusion to prevent breakage of a flow line, and mechanical strength of a component of a landing gear such as a torque link is increased; thereby securing stability upon takeoff and landing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
