The present invention relates to a cold and warmth storage tank, and specifically, relates to a geothermal heat pump system applied to a heat pump, to increase energy efficiency and quickly to respond to temperature convenience of a user. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the cold and warmth storage tank comprises: three or more perforated pipes vertically disposed inside a heat transfer fluid storage tank by facing each other; a unit fluid adjustment unit interposed among the perforated pipes; and a heat transfer fluid inlet/outlet pipe connected to the perforated pipe to be interlocked with a heat pump on one side and be interlocked with an air-conditioning unit on the other side. According to the present invention, restriction in an installation space of an air-conditioning and hot water supply device is reduced without separately installing a cold storage tank and a warmth storage tank which are a storage space of hot and cold thermal media, so the device is able to be easily installed in a predetermined space, such as an indoor living space, a plastic greenhouse, a poultry farm, a fish farm, space usability is able to be maximized, and thereby equipment and operation costs can be reduced. Since the input and output temperature difference of the thermal media required to efficiently operate the heat pump is able to be maintained at about 15C, energy efficiency can be maximized. Since user convenience is required when quickly responding to a rapidly heating or cooling environment, energy consumed to supply hot or cold water in the minimum time is minimized, and thereby efficiency of the device is maximized and maintenance expenses are reduced.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
