The present invention relates to a construction member for a building exterior wall and a method of constructing a building outer wall using the same, comprising: a construction member formed on each side with a construction hole in which a fastening means is inserted and fastened so that a fastening means can be inserted into a sleeve by a non-welding construction method; a fixing bracket which fixes the construction member to the sleeve by being fastened to the fastening means; a coupling bracket consisting of an AT aluminum panel, and coupled to a front of the construction member and fixing an external material to the construction member; a connecting bracket connecting a plurality of the construction members; a waterproof plywood configured inside the construction member and fixed to one surface of the fixing bracket via the fastening means; a first insulating material coupled between the construction members; and a second insulating material coupled to the front surface of the first insulating material.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
