Proposed is a monoclonal antibody of the IgG type containing a variable domain, in the form of a combination of the light chain variable domain V _L and the derivative VHH. Such antibodies may contain amino acid substitutions at positions 44 and / or 45 (according to the carbox numbering scheme), or a combination thereof. The antibodies described demonstrate increased affinity and enhanced cohesive stability.
