The present invention relates to a composition for controlling a mosquito larva of Aedes and Culex containing a culture medium with a volume ratio of 1:8-12 selected among a BTI culture medium, an Xn culture medium, an Xh culture medium, and a Ptt culture medium. The composition can effectively control the mosquito larva of Aedes and Culex which is hard to control with a single BTI composition since the mosquito larva is harmful to a human and livestock, and represents different sensitivity and resistance to a BTI endotoxin protein.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
