The present invention provides a LI-FI data transceiver (100); an entire case (103) enclosing the LI-FI transceiver; an LED data light transmitter (101) for emitting a wavelength of light; an LED data optical receiver (102) capable of receiving incoming optical data; and a data converter (201) for sending data from a smart phone or an electronic device to the optical receiver according to the wavelength rule of light and for converting the wavelength of light of the optical receiver which receives the wavelength data of light coming from the outside into data which an electronic device can receive; a USB port (104) for connection with a USB cable.
