The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a safety pipe support, preventing an upper pipe from being separated from a lower pipe and, at the same time, maintaining an inclination of the upper pipe, to strongly fixate the upper pipe and the lower pipe, thereby enhancing workability and safety, and a safety pipe support thereof. According to the present invention, in a method to manufacture a safety pipe support comprising: an upper pipe having a thread formed on the upper outer circumferential surface and having a locking step protruding from the upper inner circumferential surface along the circumference; and an upper pipe inserted into an upper part of the lower pipe, the method comprises: (a) a step of combining a fixation device having a female thread formed on the inner circumferential surface and supporting a fixation pin which penetrates the upper and lower pipes to be combined with the upper part of the lower pipe; (b) a step of inserting a bottom of the upper pipe into the upper part of the lower pipe; (c) a step of inserting a front end of a pipe expander into the bottom of the upper pipe through the lower part of the lower pipe; (d) a step of expanding the bottom of the upper pipe by the pipe expander to form an expanded locking part; and (e) a step of separating the pipe expander from the upper pipe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
