According to the present invention, a wire sheave (1000) with enhanced airtightness comprises: a plurality of lifting pulleys (100) which allow wire ropes (2) to be wound on outer circumferential surfaces thereof and arranged in a longitudinal direction; a rotary shaft (200) which penetrates a center shaft of the lifting pulleys (100) and is rotatably coupled to the center shaft of the lifting pulleys (100); a plurality of bearings (300) coupled between a circumferential surface of the rotary shaft (200) and inner circumferential surfaces of the lifting pulleys (100); a first collar (400) installed in both exposed outermost ends of the bearings (300) in a longitudinal direction; a second collar (500) installed between the bearings (300); and a support frame (600) wherein the rotary shaft (200) is hinged and coupled to an inner surface thereof, and an outer surface thereof coupled to a floodgate.
