MICROFLUIDIC CHANNEL SYSTEM FOR DETECTING PROTEIN USING MOLECULAR IMPRINTED POLYMER, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, AND PROTEIN-DETECTING BIOSENSOR USING SAME
The present invention relates to a microfluidic channel system for detecting a protein by using a molecular imprinted polymer, a method for producing the same, and a protein-detecting biosensor using the same. The microfluidic channel system comprises a microfluidic channel including: a microfluidic channel unit enabling a micro-fluid to flow therein; a molecular imprinted polymer layer formed by making a molecular imprinted polymer adhered on the inner bottom surface of the microfluidic channel unit; and a cover substrate formed at the top of the microfluidic channel unit. The molecular imprinted polymer layer is molecularly imprinted to be able to detect any one protein selected from the group consisting of an albumin protein (bovine serum albumin), streptavidin, myoglobin, and trypsin.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
