The present invention relates to a microfluidic channel system for detecting a protein by using a molecular imprinted polymer, a method for producing the same, and a protein-detecting biosensor using the same. The microfluidic channel system comprises a microfluidic channel including: a microfluidic channel unit enabling a micro-fluid to flow therein; a molecular imprinted polymer layer formed by making a molecular imprinted polymer adhered on the inner bottom surface of the microfluidic channel unit; and a cover substrate formed at the top of the microfluidic channel unit.
