The present invention relates to an optimal path providing server and an optimal path providing method using the same. The optimal path providing server according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a traveling path transmission unit for receiving departure point and destination information transmitted from a navigation terminal connected through a wireless communication network to calculate a traveling path, and transmitting a first traveling path among the calculated traveling paths to the navigation terminal; an avatar vehicle extracting unit for extracting at least one avatar vehicle corresponding to an alternative path excluding the first traveling path among the calculated traveling paths; and a driving situation transmission unit for collecting driving situation information of the extracted avatar vehicle and transmitting the collected driving situation information to the navigation terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
