The present invention provides a casing for penetrating a well point for pipeline construction which efficiently constructs a well point in the ground and effectively installs and disassembles a casing for penetrating the well point by installing the casing from an excavator when pumping underground water or percolating water by a variety of ground construction such as bed excavation. The casing for penetrating a well point for pipeline construction is buried in the ground at regular intervals to install a well point to pump and remove percolating water or underground water from underground, and comprises: a casing body forming an entry passage which the well point can enter in a vertical direction and have a gripping end on an upper end thereof, wherein an end of a lower portion thereof is inclined in one direction to form a sharp excavation end; an opening means which is installed on the lower portion of the casing body, covers a lower surface of the entry passage to close the entry passage, and can open and close the entry passage depending on whether the well point enters; and a soil pressure dispersion unit which is arranged on an upper portion of the casing body, communicates with the entry passage of the casing body to allow the well point to enter, and disperses an effect of a surrounding soil pressure by a vertical movement when installing or separating the casing body from underground.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
