The present invention relates to a wire-bound river floor protection member, a manufacturing method thereof, and a construction method thereof which can prevent scouring and erosion on a floor of a river by a flow of the river by placing natural stones on the floor of the river and connecting the natural stones by a wire. The manufacturing method of a wire-bound river floor protection member installed in a prescribed section of a river floor with concern for scouring or erosion: arranges natural stones (10) side by side on the river floor in a flow direction of the river, and arranges a larger natural stone (11) on an upstream side than remaining natural stones arranged on a downstream side among the natural stones arranged side by side on the river floor; longitudinally arranges a wire (40) in a direction in which the natural stones (10, 11) are arranged in the flow direction of the river, and uses a wire binding part (60) to connect the wire to natural stones corresponding to a position neighboring the wire to bind the natural stones to each other by the wire; and winds a wire fixed on one side of the upstream natural stone (11) along a front of the upstream natural stone (11) to fix the wire on the other side of the upstream natural stone (11), and fixes an end of the wire on the river floor with a wire portion between the upstream natural stone (11) and a next natural stone (10).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
