The present invention relates to a power transmission and distribution cable support and fixing plate for a stackable and rotatable tunnel, capable of supporting an underground line (power transmission and distribution cable) while at the same time preventing the line from sagging by being installed in an underground tunnel as well as selectively rotating a support and fixing plate depending on a structure for the installation of the support and fixing plate, and stacking a plurality of underground lines. A fixing member is formed to prevent the power transmission and distribution cable from departing from the support and fixing plate formed to prevent the power transmission and distribution cable from sagging. A rotating member and a rotating part, which is able to be easily separated, are formed in the lower part of the support and fixing the plate to easily change the cable in the tunnel depending on the structure of the tunnel and place the cable on the support and fixing plate. Thus, the present invention is capable of maintaining the original purpose of the support and fixing plate while at the same time easily securing a space in the tunnel by stacking a plurality of cables as well as preventing the stacked cables from departing from the support and fixing plate by stably fixing the cables. Moreover, the present invention is capable of enabling convenient maintenance by selectively and easily separating the fixed cables, and changing routes of the cables depending on the structure of the tunnel by selecting and rotating the support and fixing plate at a predetermined angle, thereby improving the safety and efficiency of work.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
