The present invention relates to a human heart and comprehensive health check system capable of easily identifying diseases of a human heart by using a smartphone. The human heart and comprehensive health check system can comprise: a bio index measurement device measuring a bio index including a heart beat index of a user; a smartphone transmitting the heart beat index to a comprehensive health care server and receiving and displaying a heart disease name determined depending on the heart beat index; and the comprehensive health care server having heart disease names assigned by the heart beat index and extracting a disease name assigned to the heart rate index received from the smartphone to transmit the extracted disease name to the smartphone.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
