The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation for oral administration, containing sustained-release granules containing hydrochloride salt of tamsulosin. More specifically, provided are a pharmaceutical preparation for oral administration, and a production method thereof. The sustained-release granule consists of: 10-300 parts by weight of polyvinyl acetate; 5-250 parts by weight of hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose; and 1-450 parts by weight of a diluent, with respect to 1 parts by weight of the hydrochloride salt of tamsulosin. The weight ratio of the sustained-release granule is 360-495 parts by weight with respect to 1 parts by weight of the hydrochloride salt of tamsulosin.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
