The present invention relates to an antibacterial and heterogeneous metal nanocatalyst complex and a preparing method thereof. The antibacterial and heterogeneous metal nanocatalyst complex preparing method includes the steps of: preparing fibers; forming a linker including multiple carboxylic acids as functional groups on the fibers; adjusting the particle size of a heterogeneous metal nanocatalyst generated by supplying metal oxides and other heterogeneous metals or heterogeneous metal oxide precursors different from the metals; and coupling the heterogeneous metal nanocatalyst to the linker.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
