The present invention relates to a method for producing Vibrio parahaemolyticus Vib-PAP-2 isolated from nature, characterized by having a genome represented by SEQ. ID. NO: 1 having an ability to specifically kill Vibrio parahaemolyticus, KCTC 12910BP), and a method for preventing and treating infection with Vibrio parahaemolyticus using a composition comprising the same as an active ingredient.
