The present invention relates to a structurally stable hybrid hydrogel. The surface of inner pores of a microstructure of a porous aliphatic polyester scaffold with excellent mechanical stability is hydrophilized. A water-soluble natural polymer solution, which can be used in the human body, is injected into the inner pores to increase the viscoelasticity of the water-soluble polymer by using the constraint effects of micro-spaces and the wettability of the surface within a micron area. Accordingly, the hybrid hydrogel can be structurally stable without chemical modification or the use of crosslinking agents. The hybrid hydrogel can have excellent mechanical properties while using a zero or little amount of crosslinking agents, thereby being utilized as a tissue regeneration material for transplanting or inserting an object into the human body or for three-dimensional cell culture.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
