The present invention relates to a three-way rotary opening and closing type branch pipe connector with upper and lower semicircular bands which have a hinge means on one side and a pair of female and male serration type fastening means on the other side, and which are pivotally assembled so that the upper and lower semicircular bands are tightly coupled to each other by an intertwined interference fit. According to the present invention, the fixing force for turning by a hinge shaft and fastening by the pressurizing method is improved but the simple serration type fastening structure which is difficult to disassemble is avoided. Accordingly, the rotary opening and closing type branch pipe connector easy to fasten and disassemble has a tool-use fastening structure in which a plate contact and a bar insertion portion are formed respectively so as to facilitate mechanically press-fastening and dissembling a serration type fastening means. In addition to the tool construction which consists of a pair of grips and a pair of clamps to clamp the pipe connector, the tools for mechanically press-fastening and dissembling the connector with complex function to assemble and disassemble, include a fastening member, for performing a combined function of assembling and disassembling the pipe connector, formed so as to protrude from the inner front end portion of a clamp portion, wherein a plurality of narrow clamping bar-shaped fastening portions for performing a retracting operation are integrally formed on one body, to disassemble the serration type fastening so as to forcibly open the serration type fastening portion on both sides of an intermediate horizontal plate-shaped pressing portion for directly contacting the fastening portion on both upper and lower surfaces and applying pressure to the fastening portion.
