The present invention relates to a quantitative and qualitative analysis method for components of organic elements in a graphene family using an analysis device for the components of organic elements in a graphene family using plasma. More specifically, provided is a quantitative and qualitative analysis method for components of organic elements in a graphene family, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing an analysis device for components of organic elements; (2) deriving reference for the components of the elements for standard substances using the analysis device for the components of organic elements for a graphene family; (3) analyzing the components of the elements in a target object using the analysis device for the components of organic elements for a graphene family; and (4) conducting qualitative analysis on the components of the elements in the target object based on the reference.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
