Provided is a class-J power amplifier which is miniaturized and obtains broadband characteristics by applying internal matched FET (IMFET) technology to implement an impedance matching circuit inside a metal package. The power amplifier according to the present invention includes an amplifying circuit for amplifying an input signal, a first matching circuit integrated with the amplifying circuit for impedance matching of a second harmonic frequency outputted from the amplifying circuit, and a second matching circuit for impedance matching of an operation frequency band outputted in the amplifying circuit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
