Disclosed are an emergency power generator-EESS linked operating system which evaluates voltage fluctuations and the quality of load power, thereby determining electrical safety of the system, and a method for evaluating the quality thereof. The method for evaluating the quality of the system comprises: a step in which the EESS supplies power to the load when power supplied from the system is cut off; a step of measuring power information from the power of the EESS; a step of generating emergency power as the emergency power generator is operated; a step of measuring power information from the emergency power of the emergency power generator; a step of receiving power information of the EESS and the emergency power generator and determining a power quality range of data; a step of executing a power source operation when the power quality range meets the reference range and supplying the power from the emergency power generator to the load; a step of notifying a user when the power quality range dissatisfies the reference range; a step of measuring power information of the power supplied to the load; a step of receiving the power information of the load and determining the power quality range of the data; a step of cutting off the power of the EESS supplied to the load when the power quality range satisfies the reference range; and a step of notifying the user when the power quality range dissatisfies the reference range.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
