The unmanned automatic drinking water supply device comprises: a raw water inflow line into which raw water flows; a cooling water supply and supplement line which is branched from the raw water inflow line and induces water into an instant cooler; a heating water supply and supplement line which is branched from the raw water inflow line and induces water into an instant heater; a purifying water line which extends from the instant cooler to the instant heater to induce the water, introduced into the instant cooler through a filter, from the instant cooler to the instant heater; a high temperature sterile water outlet line which extends from the instant heater to the instant cooler to induce the water, introduced into the instant heater through the purifying water line, from the instant heater to the instant cooler; an instant cooling drinking water outlet line which extends from the instant cooler to discharge the water, introduced into a heat exchanger and the instant cooler through the high temperature sterile water outlet line, from the instant cooler; and a high drinking water outlet line branched from the high temperature sterile water outlet line to discharge the water, introduced into the high temperature sterile water outlet line, from the instant heater. As the water is locally heated without contact with water and heater by the instant heater, an oxide is not generated on the surface of the heater, thereby drinking water can be prevented from being contaminated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
