The present invention relates to a phosphorescent compound, to an organic light emitting diode using the same, and an organic light emitting diode display device. The phosphorescent compound of the present invention is an iridium complex comprising: a first ligand of phenyl-pyridine substituted with phenyl and fluorine, thereby having improved lifespan and quantum efficiency; and a second ligand of phenyl-pyridine unsubstituted or substituted with CD_3, thereby having more improved lifespan and quantum efficiency.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
