The present invention relates to a deck road installed in a river. Multiple coupling holes (4a) are formed on the side of a concrete block (2), and a coupling member (6a) is inserted into the coupling hole (4a). So, the adjacent concrete blocks (2) are connected in a check shape. The multiple coupling holes (4b) and multiple connection members (12) are formed on the upper surface of the concrete block (2). The coupling member (6b) is inserted into the coupling hole (4b) vertically penetrating the concrete block (2) and is coupled to the connection member (12) formed in the concrete block (2) located in the lower part. So, the upper and lower concrete blocks (2) are installed by being piled. While the multiple concrete blocks (2) are connected on a plane of the bottom of the river, the concrete block (2) in an installation position of the deck road (100) is installed by being piled. The piled concrete block (2) in which the deck panel (18) is installed in the upper part is connected to form a footpath, and the deck road (100) is constructed. The installed deck road (100) improves durability as the deck road (100) is swept away even if a flow rate of the river is increased.
