The present invention provides a method to manufacture a ceramic hollow fiber membrane. The method includes: a step (1) of manufacturing a spinning solution by adding polymer resin to a ceramic solution containing ceramic particles; a step (2) of mulling the spinning solution, manufactured in the step 1, by inserting the solution into an extruding machine with a screw while at the same time manufacturing a ceramic hollow fiber membrane precursor by extruding the solution into a coagulation tub including a coagulant through a nozzle for the manufacture of a hollow fiber membrane; and a step (3) of sintering the ceramic hollow fiber membrane precursor manufactured in the step 2. According to the present invention, the method is capable of enabling mass production by using a high-pressure application extrusion method and a phase transition process; and improving mechanical strength by increasing the content of ceramic powder in the spinning solution. Especially, even if hollow fiber membranes are made with the same ceramic content, the method of the present invention is capable of showing excellent mechanical strength.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
