Provided are: an aluminum waste dross stabilizer composition which contains a waste acid liquid, iron, or an iron-containing compound, wherein the content of the iron, or the iron-containing compound is 0.3-0.5 equivalent based on one equivalent of sulfuric acid; a manufacturing method thereof; and a method for stabilizing the aluminum waste dross using the same. If the aluminum waste dross is stabilized by using the waste acid liquid according to one embodiment, the danger of fire and harmful heavy metal leaching are prevented and odor is eliminated to improve a surrounding environment and to shorten a processing time for stabilization. In addition, as the waste acid liquid can be used, it is possible to simultaneously solve problems of the waste acid liquid treatment and the aluminum waste dross treatment, and also the treatment operation can be economically performed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
