The present invention provides a nano-silanized stent capable of selectively capturing endothelial progenitor cells, and a preparation method of the same. Conventional stents had the problems of causing stent thrombosis; the small amount of antibodies fixed to the surface of the stent; low capturing efficiency of endothelial progenitor cells by the antibodies; and occurrence of non-selective capturing. According to the present invention, the nano-silanized stent has a silicone nanofilament layer, a silane compound layer, and a material layer capable of binding specifically to cells sequentially bound to the surface of a stent strut, and thus can effectively fixate antibodies and selectively capture endothelial progenitor cells by the fixated antibodies, and thus can promote a rapid re-endothelialization.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
