The present invention relates to a steel and precast concrete hybrid beam, capable of reinforcing a shearing force and a bending moment with small steel. According to the present invention, the steel and precast concrete hybrid beam comprises: a steel portion; a reinforcing steel portion provided in accordance with a shape of a moment in an end portion of both sides of the steel portion; and a precast concrete portion integrally formed in the steel portion and the reinforcing steel portion.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
