A laser distance-measuring device comprises a transmitter for generating a laser in various directions vertically and horizontally, a photodetector for detecting the laser reflected back from a target, and a counter for counting time. When the laser distance measuring device measures a distance by transmitting a laser with superior directivity after having a line of sight of the measuring device and a laser optical axis coincide, and measuring time for which the laser reflected from the target comes back to calculate the distance, a switch outputs an electric signal in cooperation with operation of a switch for turning on a motion sensor using the laser distance measuring device, a control unit receives an electric signal which is the distance output as the electric signal from the laser distance measuring device, receives an electric signal which is the time output as the electric signal from the counter for time calculation, calculates a predicted time of arrival to the distance measuring device by calculating a change in the distance per time, and if the predicted time of arrival equals the time taken until an input automatic door opens as wide as a specific width or completely, outputs an operation signal for a motor, etc. so that the automatic door starts to open, and an actuator, which is an operating mechanism, such as the motor, etc. operates in accordance with the operation signal output from the control unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
