SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR WRITING NARRATIVE REPORT FOR RECOGNIZING, TRACKING AND PREDICTING SUSPECT AND SUSPECTED VEHICLE USING CCTV IMAGE INFORMATION

The present invention provides a system which receives CCTV images through a video management system (VMS) in real time or stored images, stores a tagging of recognition information recognized an object, additionally recognizes information on movement, and provides an application service based on such information. The system comprises: an object information collecting unit which inputs CCTV images, classifies and recognizes minimum single objects necessary for providing the application service, and classifies a specific suspect object among the single objects; an object relation recognizing processing unit which extracts and stores intelligent information on complex objects configured by analyzing motions and changes generated in different time and spaces by single objects or occurred events, figures out the correlation of the intelligent information to find correlation between complicated crimes; a narrative report outputting unit which summarizes alarms, reports or the entire contents on crimes tracked by analysis of single objects and complex objects, and outputs the same as a report or a video; and an application service unit which provides a user interface for using the stored intelligent information to use as the application service to solve crimes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
