The present invention relates to a system for providing virtual reality video and making a reservation therefor based on a wired and wireless communication network, which can relay a user terminal with a VR camera by a server to display the virtual reality video, generated by the VR camera, on the user terminal. More specifically, an embodiment of the present invention provides the system for providing the virtual reality video and making a reservation therefor based on the wired and wireless communication network comprising: the VR camera taking virtual reality video or converting inputted video information into virtual reality video whereas can transmit the taken or the converted virtual reality video to at least one external device; one or more user terminals receiving the virtual reality video taken or converted by the VR camera to display the virtual reality video to a user; and the server relaying the VR camera with a specific user terminal among the one or more user terminals to display the virtual reality video taken or converted by the VR camera on the specific user terminal, wherein the server relays the specific user terminal, performing a regeneration request in advance therethrough, among the one or more user terminals with respect to the virtual reality video.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
