TAXI METER SYSTEM AND TAXI METER MANAGEMENT METHOD

The present invention provides a taxi meter system which enables an outsider to easily check and monitor a running distance computation operation thereof when the running distance computation operation is done optionally. The taxi meter system (2000) includes a computation unit (1310) and a code division multiple access (CDMA) modem (1350). The computation unit (1310) computes first data by applying fixed K constants (1320) and signal data detected in a rotation sensor (1130) installed on a wheel driving unit of a vehicle to measure the running distance and the wheel rotation count of the vehicle having a taxi meter (1300) installed thereon and computes second data by applying the signal data and modified K constants (1330) to measure the same. The CDMA modem (1350) is configured to transmit the first data computed by applying the fixed K constants (1320) and the second data computed by applying the modified K constants (1330) to a management server (1700) simultaneously through a wireless network.
