Disclosed is a sintering apparatus which can rapidly perform a thermal treatment process. The apparatus comprises: a main body having an internal path in a predetermined length from an inlet of a sintering chamber for carbonizing or activating carbon fiber by applying a high temperature to an outlet of a cooling chamber for cooling the carbonized and activated carbon fiber; a transfer roller which is arranged in a center of the internal path, has an inlet belt which is moved in the direction from an inlet to an outlet by friction force and is arranged thereon, has a portion of 60% or greater which is made of a ceramic material, and autonomously rotates; and an upper or lower heater which is installed on an upper portion or a lower portion, respectively, of the internal path to enable the transfer roller to be located on the upper portion or the lower portion. The transfer rollers form a transfer roller group comprising a plurality of rollers in each chamber. End portions in one direction of the transfer rollers forming the transfer group are extended to the outside of the internal path. The extended portions are connected to at least one motor. The motor is joined to a rotation rod arranged in a lengthwise direction. The rotation rod is joined to at least one shaft to correspond to each chamber. When power is connected to the motor, rotation of the motor is transmitted to the rotation rod through a miter gear. When the rotation rod is rotated and, subsequently, the shaft is rotated, the transfer roller joined to the shaft is rotated. According to the present invention, the inlet belt can be moved by friction force between the independently rotating roller and the inlet belt.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
